Booking & Payment Policy Thank you for choosing our mariachi services. Please review the following terms before booking: Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit guarantees your requested date and time slot. Booking Approval & Scheduling All bookings are subject to approval based on availability and location. In some cases, your requested time may need to be adjusted depending on travel distance or scheduling logistics. We will always communicate any changes before confirming your reservation. Remaining Balance The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the event via zelle, venmo or cash. Travel & Location Bookings outside our primary service area may: Be subject to a schedule adjustment, and/or Require an additional travel fee. Weather Policy (Important) For the protection of our instruments and performers, we do not perform outdoors in unsafe weather conditions, including: Rain Snow Freezing temperatures If weather conditions are not suitable, the performance must be moved to a covered or indoor area. If a proper alternative is not available, we will work with you to reschedule (subject to availability). Punctuality Clients are responsible for being available at the scheduled time. We allow a 10-minute grace period upon arrival.
